Bearing performance

1. The design vertical bearing capacity of the bearing is divided into 15 levels: 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 10000, 12500, 15000, 17500, 20000, 25000, 30000/35000, 40000, 45000, 50000, 60000, 70000, 80000, 90000kN.

2. Design horizontal force of bearing (main force):

The design horizontal force of the fixed bearing (GD) in all directions, the longitudinal movable bearing (ZX) in the transverse bridge direction and the transverse movable bearing (HX) along the bridge direction is the vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing:

15% - the area where the design peak ground motion acceleration Ag ≤ 0.1g;

30% - the area where the design peak ground motion acceleration is 0.1g ＜ Ag ≤ 0.2g;

The design horizontal force of multidirectional movable bearing (DX), longitudinal movable bearing (ZX) along the bridge direction and transverse movable bearing (HX) across the bridge direction is 5% of the vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing.

3. Design displacement of LXQZ series products:

The design displacement of multidirectional movable bearing (DX) and transverse movable bearing (HX) in transverse bridge direction is ± 10mm;

The design displacement of multidirectional movable bearing (DX) and longitudinal movable bearing (ZX) along the bridge direction is ± 100mm, ± 150mm.

4. Design friction coefficient of movable bearing μ：- 25℃～+60℃： μ≤ 0.03；

5. Design angle of support: 0.02rad.

6. Height adjustment of base plate: 20mm.

7. Applicable temperature range: applicable temperature range - 25 ℃~+60 ℃;
