1、 Installation of bridge bearings

(1) Before replacing and installing the bracket, measure and test the mounting position of the bracket. The mounting plane of the support shall be parallel to the rolling plane or overturning plane of the support, and the flatness error shall not exceed 2 ‰.

(2) The relative positions of the top and bottom plates of the movable support shall be checked before the installation of the support.

(3) After the bearing is replaced and installed, the overturning and rolling plane shall be horizontal, and the gradient with the theoretical plane shall not be greater than 2 ‰. On the bearing, the lower plate * * is processed, and the error is not more than 2 ‰.

(4) In order to ensure the leveling and installation of the bearing, it is generally necessary to tamp a 20-50mm thick dry hard non-shrinkage mortar cushion between the bottom of the bearing and the top surface of the professional title pad stone.

(5) In order to ensure the construction quality of bridge bearings, it is necessary to set supporting pad stones on the top of piers and abutments to facilitate the installation, adjustment, observation and replacement of bridge bearings, regardless of whether cast-in-situ beam method or precast beam method is used.

2、 Replace bridge bearing

(1) Whether the asphalt felt of cushion support is aged and cracked;

(2) Whether the steel plate sliding bearing and arc bearing are rusted;

(3) Whether all parts of the column support are correct and whether the stress is uniform;

(4) Whether the fixing bolts of rolling bridge bearings are damaged or the nuts are loose;

(5) Whether the rubber bearing is aged and deformed;

(6) Whether the movable support is flexible and whether the specific deviation is correct;

In addition, we should also see whether the damp-proof equipment and drainage equipment in the downturn produce water seepage. If this condition lasts for a long time, the bearing will rust and corrode, and the normal use after replacement of the bearing cannot be guaranteed.
