Our company has mature production technology and perfect production equipment, including:

1. The die forging workshop has a 30000 ton automatic hot die forging production line with excellent domestic technology, equipped with more than 10 sets of large-scale heat treatment and forging equipment such as a fully automatic temperature-controlled gas ring heating furnace, a 10000 ton initial forging press, a 30000 ton final forging press, and a 2000 ton trimming press. The production capacity has been greatly improved, and 160000 sets (40000 holes) of bridge bearings can be produced annually.

2. The foundry workshop has more than 30 sets of V-process casting production line, precision casting production line, resin sand molding production line and fully automatic temperature-controlled gas heat treatment furnace equipment, with an annual production capacity of 300000 tons of high-performance steel castings.

3. The machining workshop currently includes 5m large vertical lathe, 6m single-arm planer and 3m × More than 100 sets of machining equipment, such as 2m gantry milling machine, 2.5m, 1.6m CNC vertical lathe, CNC machining center, meet the requirements of high-precision products and high-efficiency production put forward by the company, and can produce more than 40000 holes of railway supporting products such as bridge bearings annually.

The assembly workshop has three sets of hanging shot blasting equipment, a spraying production line, a fully automatic CNC cutting machine, a 500-ton press, various types of shearing machines, presses, bending machines, argon arc welding machines and other rust removal, spraying, and assembly equipment of nearly 50 sets, further improving the assembly efficiency and quality. More than 500000 products can be coated annually.

5. The lock nut workshop has more than 100 sets of production equipment such as medium-frequency electric heating furnace, 100T-400T punch, M16-M60 roller, tapping machine, CNC electric spark machine and CNC machining center, and can produce more than 60 million standard and non-standard fasteners such as lock nuts, anti-rotation washers and anti-rotation bolts annually.

6. The zincifying workshop has a production line of multi-element alloy co-infiltration (zincifying)+Dacromet+sealing layer, equipped with equipment such as crawler type shot blasting machine, multi-element alloy co-infiltration furnace (zincifying furnace), semi-automatic coating machine, box-type sintering furnace and a complete set of surface treatment test and detection instruments, ensuring that the surface treatment quality of the company's products far exceeds the standard requirements. The Quality Assurance Department is equipped with all inspection and test equipment specified in the standard.
