GPZ (II) series of basin bearings for highway bridges

1、 Overview

GPZ (II) series of basin bearings for highway bridges are designed by CCCC Highway Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and are applicable to basin bearings with bearing capacity of 0.8MN~60MN.

2、 Technical requirements

1. Vertical bearing capacity

The vertical bearing capacity of the bearing is divided into 31 levels: 0.8MN, 1MN, 1.2MN, 1.5MN, 2MN, 2.5MN, 3MN, 3.5MN, 4MN, 5MN, 6MN, 7MN, 8MN, 9MN, 10MN, 12.5MN, 15MN, 17.5MN, 20MN, 22.5MN, 25MN, 27.5MN, 30MN, 32.5 MN, 35MN, 37.5MN, 40MN, 45MN, 50MN, 55MN, 60MN.

2. Bearing performance

1) Under the action of vertical design bearing capacity, the compression deformation of the support shall not be greater than 2% of the total height of the support, and the diameter deformation of the steel basin ring shall not be greater than 0.05% of the outer diameter of the basin ring.

2) Horizontal bearing capacity

The horizontal bearing capacity of fixed bearing and one-way movable bearing in non-slip direction shall not be less than 10% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing.

The horizontal bearing capacity in the non-slip direction of the shock-absorbing fixed bearing and the shock-absorbing one-way movable bearing shall not be less than 20% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing.

3) Corner

The vertical rotation angle of the support shall not be less than 0.02rad. When the support works normally, the vertical rotation angle of the support shall not be greater than 0.02rad.

4) Friction coefficient

After lubricating with 5201 silicone grease, the friction coefficient of normal temperature movable bearing is not greater than 0.030.

After lubricating with 5201 silicone grease, the friction coefficient of cold-resistant movable bearing shall not be greater than 0.060.

5) Displacement

The displacement of two-way movable bearing and one-way movable bearing along the bridge direction is divided into five levels: ± 50mm, ± 100mm, ± 150mm, ± 200mm, ± 250mm; The displacement of the two-way movable bearing in the transverse direction of the bridge is ± 50mm. In case of special needs, the displacement can be adjusted according to the actual needs, and the displacement difference can be adjusted to ± 50mm.
