Hyperbolic bearing of railway bridge

1、 General

Tongqiao (2007) 8160-SQMZ series hyperboloid steel bearing is a bearing designed to improve the stress of the bridge structure and meet the flexible rotation along the bridge direction and transverse rotation at the same time. It is applicable to the simply-supported T beam of the passenger and freight railway with a speed ≤ 200km/h (in the area where the design peak ground acceleration Ag ≤ 0.3g). Its design and installation meet the relevant requirements of Tongqiao (2007) 8160.

2、 Main technical performance of bearing

1. The vertical bearing capacity of the bearing is divided into four levels: 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000kN.

2. The design angle of this series of bearings is 0.02rad along the bridge direction and 0.006rad across the bridge direction.

3. Design horizontal force (main force):

The design horizontal force of fixed bearing, longitudinal movable bearing, transverse bridge direction and transverse movable bearing along the bridge direction is the vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing:

15% - the area where the design seismic peak acceleration Ag ≤ 0.1g;

20% - the area where the design peak ground motion acceleration is 0.1g ＜ Ag ≤ 0.15g;

30% - area with design peak ground motion acceleration of 0.15g ＜ Ag ≤ 0.2g;

40% - the area where the design peak ground motion acceleration is 0.2g ＜ Ag ≤ 0.3g

The design horizontal force of the multidirectional movable bearing in all directions, longitudinal movable bearing along the bridge direction and transverse movable bearing in the bridge direction is 5% of the vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing.

4. Design displacement of bearing:

The design displacement of multidirectional movable bearing (DX) and longitudinal movable bearing (ZX) along the bridge direction is ± 30mm;

The design displacement of multidirectional movable bearing (DX) and transverse movable bearing (HX) in transverse bridge direction is ± 10mm.

5. Bearing design friction coefficient:

The design friction coefficient value of movable bearing under the condition of silicone grease lubrication: normal temperature μ≤ 0.03； low temperature μ≤ 0.05。

6. Applicable temperature range of bearing: normal temperature type - 25 ℃~+60 ℃; Cold resistant type - 40 ℃~+60 ℃.

7. The applicable line slope of the support is 0~20 ‰:

Prefabricated and erected simply-supported T-beam bridge adopts the method of changing the slope of the top surface of the upper support plate to meet the slope requirements of the beam body:

1) When the slope is 0 ‰ ≤ i ≤ 4 ‰, no slope is set, and the code is i0;

2) When the slope is 4 ‰ ＜ i ≤ 12 ‰, the preset 8 ‰ slope is i8;

3) When the gradient is 12 ‰ ＜ i ≤ 20 ‰, the preset gradient of 16 ‰ is i16.

When the line slope is greater than 20 ‰, the top surface of the base plate on the support is not set with slope, and the beam bottom adjustment is adopted.

8. When this bearing is adopted, the strength grade of bearing pad stone concrete shall not be lower than C40.
