1、 General

The TGPZ series pot bearings are divided into the pot rubber bearing part of the common span simply-supported beam of the passenger dedicated railway and the pot rubber bearing part of the common span continuous beam of the railway. The relevant installation interfaces and technical requirements of the common span simply supported beam meet the requirements of "Tongqiao (2007) 8360". (The installation interface of bearings, piers and beams used in 0.1g < Ag ≤ 0.15g area is the same as that of 0.1g < Ag ≤ 0.2g area in the Installation Drawing of Pot-type Rubber Bearings for Simply-supported Beams of Common Span of Passenger Dedicated Railway (Tongqiao (2007) 8360). 0.2g < Ag ≤ 0.3g is not specified in "Tongqiao (2007) 8360".)

The common span simply-supported beam pot rubber bearings for passenger dedicated railway are divided into TGPZ-T and TGPZ-P, and the common span continuous beam pot bearings for railway are divided into TGPZ-LT and TGPZ-LP:

1. TGPZ-T (LT) is a self-aligning bearing with its own oil cavity, which can be jacked up during elevation adjustment. With the help of the oil gauge of the oil pump, the force can be measured (force calibration is required). It is applicable to bridges in soft soil areas, ballastless tracks and other bridges that have strict requirements for uneven settlement of the fulcrum and need to adjust the bearing reaction.

2. TGPZ-P (LP) is a basin type bearing without oil cavity. The bearing bolt has reserved the height adjustment condition. The height of the bearing can be adjusted with the help of the jack beam. The settlement area and non-settlement area can be used.

2、 Technical performance of bearing

1. Classification of vertical bearing capacity

Common span simply supported beam: 1000,1500,2000,2500,3000,3500,4000,4500,5000,5500,6000和7000kN.

Common span continuous beam part: 4000,5000,6000,7000,8000,10000,12500,15000,17500,20000,25000,30000,35000,40000,45000kN。

2. The design angle of support is 0.02rad.

3. Design horizontal force (main force)

The design horizontal force of the fixed bearing in all directions, the longitudinal movable bearing in the transverse direction of the bridge, and the transverse movable bearing in the longitudinal direction of the bridge is the vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing:

15% - the area where the design peak ground motion acceleration Ag ≤ 0.1g;

20% - the area where the design seismic peak acceleration is 0.1g < Ag ≤ 0.15g;

30% - the area where the design peak ground motion acceleration is 0.15g < Ag ≤ 0.2g;

40% - the area where the design seismic peak acceleration is 0.2g < Ag ≤ 0.3g.

The design horizontal force of the multidirectional movable bearing in all directions, longitudinal movable bearing along the bridge direction and transverse movable bearing in the bridge direction is 5% of the vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing.

When the local peak acceleration of vibration is greater than 0.3g, it can be designed separately.

4. Design displacement

Design displacement along the bridge direction of multidirectional movable (DX) bearing and longitudinal movable (ZX) bearing:

Common span simply supported beam part: the vertical design bearing capacity of the support is ± 50mm below 3000kN, and the rest is ± 60mm;

Continuous beam with common span: ± 50mm, ± 100mm, ± 150mm, ± 200mm, ± 250mm, 5 levels in total;

The transverse bridge design displacement of multidirectional movable (DX) bearing and transverse movable (HX) bearing is ± 10mm.

5. The bearing of this series is adjusted by adding steel plates (steel plates can be added between the top of the upper base plate and the bottom of the beam or between the bottom of the lower base plate and the pad stone, and steel plates are preferred between the top of the upper base plate and the bottom of the beam). The height adjustment of each bearing listed in the bearing installation drawing is the sum of the upper and lower adjustable heights.

The design elevation of TGPZ-T (LT) series bearings shall not be less than 50mm, and the single design jacking amount shall be 8mm; The reserved height adjustment of TGPZ-P (LP) series bearing shall not be less than 50mm. When the required height adjustment is greater than the value listed in the bearing size table, it can be designed separately.

6. Design friction coefficient of bearing: the value of design friction coefficient of movable bearing with silicone grease lubrication:

Normal temperature type μ≤ 0.03, cold resistant μ≤ 0.05。

7. Applicable temperature range

Normal temperature type (neoprene or rubber, hardness IRHD60 ± 5): - 25 ℃~+60 ℃, expressed in C;

Cold resistant type (using EPDM or rubber with hardness of IRHD50 ± 5): - 40 ℃~+60 ℃, expressed by F.

8. The slope of the line used for the bearing is 0~20 ‰:

Prefabricated and erected simply supported beams adopt the method of changing the slope of the top surface of the upper support plate to meet the slope requirements of the beam body:

1) When the slope is 0 ‰ ≤ i ‰ ≤ 4 ‰, no slope is set;

2) When the gradient is 4 ‰ < i ‰ ≤ 12 ‰, the preset gradient is 8 ‰;

3) When the gradient is 12 ‰ < i ‰ ≤ 20 ‰, the preset gradient is 16 ‰.

When the line slope is greater than 20 ‰, the top surface of the base plate on the support is not set with slope, and the beam bottom adjustment is adopted.

There is no slope on the top surface of the base plate on the cast-in-place simply supported beam support, and the line slope is adjusted by the beam bottom.

When the common span continuous beam support TGPZ-LT (LP) is used on the ramp, the concrete at the bottom of the beam is used to adjust the slope, and the top plate of the support does not preset the slope.

9. When this bearing is adopted, the concrete grade of beam body shall not be lower than C50, and the concrete grade of bearing pad stone shall not be lower than C40.
