Basic principles of bridge reinforcement and maintenance:

10) During reinforcement construction, safety monitoring measures shall be taken to ensure the safety of personnel and structures.
Requirements for bridge reinforcement and maintenance:
1) The technical transformation and reinforcement of bridges are usually required to be carried out without interruption or as little as possible interruption of traffic. The construction process is required to be simple, the construction speed is fast, the construction period is short, and the traffic congestion is minimized.
2) The construction site is narrow and crowded, which is often restricted by the original structure, so the process should be reasonably arranged.
