From the experimental data, the compression modulus of elasticity of rubber under three-dimensional constraint is 5 * 104kg/cm2, which is nearly 20 times higher than that without lateral constraint, thus greatly improving the bearing capacity of the bearing and solving the limitation of the bearing capacity of ordinary rubber bearings. Therefore, the pot rubber bearing is a new product that can meet the requirements of large bearing reaction, large horizontal displacement and large rotation angle. So, what are the common problems of rubber bearings? The wholesaler of bridge bearing manufacturer will show you
There are many kinds of bridge bearing defects. The causes of common diseases of plate rubber bearing, basin rubber bearing and slope ball crown plate rubber bearing are analyzed.
1. Aging. Plate rubber bearing and slope ball crown plate rubber bearing. The types of deterioration of plate rubber bearings and inclined spherical crown plate rubber bearings include rubber aging and cracking, steel plate reinforcement exposure, uneven bulge and degumming, hollowing, shear deformation, bulge and cracking, etc. The main reason is that the construction unit did not pay attention to the synthetic slope direction of the inclined bearing when installing the inclined bearing, and installed it at will, resulting in different deformation of the bearing due to bias pressure; Due to the inaccurate elevation of the supporting pad stone, the prefabricated beam slides laterally and shear the bearing; If the bearing is not firmly pasted on the pad stone according to the design and specification requirements, the bearing will be dragged at will during the lifting of the beam, resulting in inaccurate direction and position and uneven stress.
2. Cracking. Cracks are cracks formed on the surface of plate-type rubber bearings. Generally, cracks will appear on the surface of plate-type rubber bearings after a certain period of service, but the width and depth of cracks are not large. However, the bearing in the figure below has a large number of bulges and cracks after one year of use, and the quality problems of the bearing itself account for a large proportion.
3. Exposure. Steel plate exposure refers to the exposure of steel plate inside the plate-type rubber bearing due to rubber cracking or poor manufacturing of the bearing.
4. The adhesive between rubber and steel plate is damaged, resulting in uneven bulge and deformation. Generally, it is normal for the rubber between steel plates to bulge evenly when the plate-type rubber bearing is stressed. When the rubber is not well bonded with the stiffening steel plate in the support, the steel plate and rubber are debonded under the load, resulting in uneven bulge, which may lead to bulge, crack or even burst in serious cases.
5. The bracket is empty. Void refers to the gap between the plate-type rubber bearing and the bottom surface of the bridge and the top surface of the supporting pad stone is greater than 25% of the corresponding side length. Bearing void is caused by the crack and looseness of the mortar block at the bottom of the bearing and the unevenness of the top surface of the abutment, resulting in partial void at the bottom of the bearing, complete void at the top, partial void and missing bearing. The hole in one bracket will lead to excessive stress on other brackets, affecting the durability of the bracket. In addition, it may also cause uneven stress on the superstructure, which will have adverse effects on the structure.
