1. Requirements for replacement of slab bridge bearings:
(1) Check and deal with the defects of the original bearing pad stone to ensure that the structure is intact and the top surface works and flatness meet the design requirements.
(2) The rubber bearing shall be placed according to the design requirements. The Z axis of the bearing shall coincide with the Z axis of the supporting pad stone.
(3) The elevation of supporting pad stone of curved, sloping and inclined bridges shall be calculated one by one according to the longitudinal and transverse slope requirements of the bridge.
(4) The beam and slab shall be accurately positioned and close to the support when falling.
Replacement of axle bearing
2. Requirements for replacement of basin bridge bearing:
(1) When replacing bridge bearings, the bottom and top steel base plates shall be embedded firmly. The base plate and the bearing shall be flat and tight, and there shall be no clearance greater than 0.3 mm around the bearing. The Teflon plate and stainless steel plate of the movable support shall not be scratched or scratched. The neoprene plate shall be sealed in a steel basin and the air shall be discharged.
(2) Before replacing and installing the movable bracket, clean the sliding surface and fill the oil tank with clean silicone grease lubricant.
(3) The top plate and bottom plate of the pot rubber bearing can be fixed on the embedded steel plate at the beam bottom and pier top by welding or anchoring bolts.
(4) Install the bearing at the position where the pre-deformation is considered.
3. Requirements for replacement of spherical bridge bearings:
(1) When the bearing leaves the factory, the manufacturer shall level the bearing and tighten the connecting bolts to prevent the bearing from turning and overturning during transportation and installation. The angle and displacement of the support can be preset according to the design requirements, but need to be adjusted during factory assembly.
(2) Before production and installation, unpack and check the list of spare parts, inspection report, bearing product certificate and bearing installation and maintenance procedures. After unpacking, the construction unit shall not dismantle or rotate the connecting bolts.
(3) When the bearing plate is fixed on the pier with bolts, the four corners of the lower bearing plate shall be leveled with steel wedges, and the elevation and position shall meet the design requirements. The anchor bolt hole and the cushion at the bottom of the bearing shall be poured with epoxy mortar. After the epoxy mortar is hardened, the corner wedge can be removed and filled with epoxy mortar.
(4) When the lower bearing plate is connected with the pier column by welding, the lower bearing plate shall be symmetrically and intermittently welded with the embedded steel plate on the pier column. During welding, measures shall be taken to prevent the bearing and concrete from burning.
